1. Ship your purchase within 5 working days, it's a one-man shipping operation so sometimes delays are inevitable
2. Replace any item damaged during postage
3. Provide a tracking number to your email
4. In the case of workshops - 25% of the price is non-refundable
5. In the case of TPP cancellations, 100% of money will be refunded
